Any headings, titles or section headings contained in this Agreement are inserted for convenience only and in no way define or interpret any section or provision of this Agreement, and the singular shall include the plural and the plural singular. Mobile Terms of Service

The Sanrio Mobile Messaging Service (the "Service") is operated by Sanrio Corporation (" Sanrio Corporation ", "we", "we" or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and conditions (the "Mobility Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without prior notice. We may also modify these Mobility Terms at any time, to the extent permitted by applicable law, and your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any such change constitutes your acceptance of such change.

By agreeing to Sanrio's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive repeated SMS/text messages through your wireless provider from and on behalf of Sanrio's mobile phone number, even if your mobile phone number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. SMS messages can be sent using automated phone dialing systems or other technologies. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional information may include promotions, special offers, and other marketing offers (e.g., shopping cart alerts).

You understand that you do not need to register for the Program to make any purchase and that your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods from Sanrio. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary.

We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for paying all fees and charges levied by your wireless provider related to text messaging. The message frequency varies. Message and data rates may be charged. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all costs associated with SMS/SMS, including those from your wireless provider.

You can opt out of the service at any time. Send text to +18442636274 for the single keyword command STOP or click the unsubscribe link in any SMS if available to cancel. You will receive a one-time logout confirmation SMS. No more messages are sent to your mobile device unless you initiate them. If you have subscribed to other Sanrio Mobile messaging programs and wish to cancel, unless otherwise required by applicable law, you will need to individually opt out of those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile Terms.

We may change any short code or phone number we use to operate the Services at any time and will notify you of such changes. You acknowledge that any message you send to our changed short code or phone number, including any STOP or HELP request, may not be received and we will not be responsible for accepting requests made in such messages.

Wireless carriers supported by this service are not responsible for delayed or non-delivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile phone number. If you get a new cell phone number, you'll need to sign up for the plan with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we shall not be liable for any failure, delay or misdelivery of any information sent through the Services, any errors in such information and/or any action you may or may not take relying on the Information or Services.
